Terms and Conditions

MOS Shipping Policies:

1. We provide worldwide shipping from Our Warehouse by trustworthy shipping companies such as DHL, FedEx, etc. We only ship our products to Registered PayPal Addresses. Package handling will take 1-3 working days after confirming the payment. Please double-check your payment amount and shipping information before checking out the order to make sure everything is correct. We will not accept any change to your order after payment has been made and we will not accept a request for shipping to an unregistered PayPal Address.

2. All products are Free to ship to selected countries/ regions. If your country/ region is not on the list when you check out, please contact us for further details on how to make the purchase.

3. Custom Clearance Notes: The price stated is excluding import duties, taxes, and any other charges asked by the respective authorities in your country. All the charges should be borne by the customers. We are not sure how each country’s custom clearance process is going. Please check with your country’s customs office.

4. Please make sure that your shipping address is corresponding with your PayPal Registered Address before making the payment.

5. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the following working day. We will send the tracking number to the customers as promptly as possible after the shipment.

6. For combined shipping of several items, please contact us for further information. We offer special discounts for combined shipping.

7. Please be noted for some popular products/ hot items, the stocks keep moving on an hourly basis.  We will notify the customer of the purchased items that have no stock. We will provide a full refund or replacement product if the customer is not willing to wait for the coming stocks.

Return Policies:

1. We will approve return and refund requests only if the item has a defect before the customer uses the products or the products don’t fit properly.

2. Please check the products of your order when you receive them and reject the package if the products have been damaged. Inform us immediately when you experience this situation.

3. We provide a refund if the products don’t fit properly, please inform us within 3 days after you receive the products and describe the detailed problem and send us the pictures and videos for confirmation by e-mail to sales2@motofun.com.tw and provide the order no.

4. Please contact us as soon as possible if you find a problem with our products. Our customer service will assist you to solve the problem.

Payment Term:

We Accept Payment by PayPal. Payment should be done as soon as possible after checking out the order. If your country has PayPal payment restrictions, please contact us for further details on other payment methods.
